Explore the world of insects through colorfully creative art projects!  Learn about insects from around the world and right here at home as we depict them in their natural environments using drawing, painting, collage, and more.  Each student comes away with a variety of creepy, crawly masterpieces.

Experience glass as an art medium as you learn how to create colorful torch-fired glass beads and stained glass window ornaments.  Learn to use a hot head torch for melting glass rods into beads, and glass cutters,sanders,  and soldering irons to make stained glass panels.

Learn everything you need to know to successfully throw pots, bowls, vases and more on the potter's wheel.  # days of instruction and 2 days of open studio time allow you to develop projects of your choice.  Finish your pieces with colorful underglazes.

Join us as we explore trees, bugs, frogs and more as we take nature walks along the wooded trail , sing songs, and make fun art projects in this Musikgarten adventure!

Get ready to make a mess as we explore various hand-building techniques in clay. Experiment with pinch, slab, and coil techniques to make unique bowls, vases, trays, or sculptures. Use colorful under-glazes and surface decorations to make your pieces unique!

This class is a hands-on, introductory workshop designed to facilitate the use of creative tools and processes needed to write effective, compelling lyrics and melodies.  Students will have the opportunity to share their work and receive feedback from the rest of the class.
