Why leash your dog? (adopted from the American Dog Owners Association)
1.  Leashes protect dogs from becoming lost.
2.  Unleashed dogs intimidate other guests and their dogs depriving them of the peace the Garden provides.
3.  Unleashed dogs harass, injure, and sometimes kill wildlife.
4.  A leashed dog's keen senses can enhance your awareness of nearly wildlife or other Garden visitors.
5.  Unleashed dogs increase the probability of dogs being banned from your favorite public lands.
6.  Failure to leash your dog my result in a fine.
