Community Art Project
Join resident artist, Oreen Cohen, and help us build an environmental sculpture out of materials found in the forests and fields of Annmarie Garden. Project open daily from 10am - 4pm. free with site admission. Work with the artist Wednesday-Sunday, 1-3pm.
Each summer, Annmarie Garden invites the public to help create a large outdoor art installation. These projects are always inaginative and fun - and easy for all ages! Visitors can stop by any day throughout the summer and lend their creativity to an artwork. The final components are assembled and installed by staff and volunteers, then displayed at the Garden from September to December. It remains installed through Artsfest and Halloween, allowing over 20,000 visitors to experience the art. Due to the generous donations of local sponsors, these projects are always free, and return visits are welcome!
